It’s been confirmed for all those online bingo players that care: Eddie Murphy is, in fact, the father of former Spice Girl Melanie Brown’s daughter. Hollywood funnyman Murphy has consistently denied he is the father of the child, but a statement on Melanie Brown’s website has claimed DNA tests confirm his paternity. Murphy has said he will stand by Brown if the test results prove positive. Online bingo hall chat rooms have been rife with gossip regarding the baby girl’s father after Murphy supposedly ‘devastated’ Brown by publicly dropping her on a Dutch TV show last year. He claimed then that: "I don't know whose child that is until it comes out and has a test." Well, the test is in Mr Murphy and now it’s time to live up to your responsibilities.
