Need to take a break from hot online bingo action? Then there’s always another Hollywood awards show to tune into for a much needed dose of celebrity inanity. This time it’s the Emmy Awards, the boob-tubes annual glitz and glamour parade. But what are today’s hottest celebs really going for? An Emmy statue? A shot at red carpet glory before the world’s paparazzi? No, if reports are to be believed, the biggest incentive for today’s TV beautiful people is the plethora of free gifts they will be pampered with as the countdown to the awards ceremony begins. The list is extensive, and I believe our TV heroes think they are worth every freebie they can get their hands on: lotions, potions, chocolates, clothes and jewellery (but no free online bingo cards) The production company engaging in this Christian behaviour say they are giving 20% of the proceeds to charities while also donating a £50,000 goody bag to charity for auction. Interestingly, the goody bag includes laser eye surgery and a week long trip for a pet.
