Bingo Street faithful may be mildly amused to see that the claws have now come out with the departure of Sharon Osbourne from XFactor where erstwhile fellow judge Dannii Minogue has said Osbourne’s leaving is a ‘dream’. Sharon Osbourne, familiar to many who play bingo online as the face of online bingo hall Gala Bingo, shocked XFactor viewers with her recent announcement that she was quitting the show. While speculation existed that there was a bitter feud between Osbourne and Minogue, there were also reports that Osbourne was having arguments with the show’s bosses over her pay. Minogue’s comments on Osbourne’s departure have been reported by The Sun newspaper in which she says, "It's just a dream. It's a very different set. No more eyes down during commercial breaks trying not to look tense. It wasn't the sort of environment I wanted to be in." Sharon Osbourne has toned down her presence as Gala Bingo’s front celeb in the last year, but her quitting the XFactor is prompting speculation in online bingo circles that she may be making a return to the UK’s fastest growingonline gaming niche.
