NetPlay TV reported to be buying Bingos.com

Netpaly TV Plc will be acquiring European online bingo operator Bingos.com according a report on Clarion Gaming. The deal is expected to go for an aggregate £6.25 million from owners Global Gaming Entertainment NV and Euro Gaming Ltd.

Bingos, which operates online bingo hall Bingos.co.uk, says it has more than a million registered bingo online players and that players spend more than £10 million each month. NetPlayTV Chairman and Chief Executive Martin Higginson says the potential synergies between the merging companies are huge.
