Cryptologic unfazed by Dutch vote

The Dutch Senate’s vote against granting the state-owned Holland Casino.com a monopolistic three year license will not have a material impact on the casino's software provider Cryptologic, according to the Dublin-based online gaming software developer.

Had the bill been passed it would have given Cryptologic-powered Holland Casino exclusive online gambling rights in the Netherlands, much to the disadvantage of other European online gambling companies like PartyGaming, Bwin and Sportingbet. Holland’s online gambling market could number as many as 400 000 players.
