The world's leading online bingo and TV bingo software provider Parlay Entertainment, yesterday announced resolution to the patent infringment suit filed against the comany by 1st Technology. The patent rights in dispute were for enhanced interaction capabilities and optimised deliverance of high quality multimedia information over a variety of bandwidth networks. The confidential Stipulation and Order of Dismissal was filed yesterday with the US Court in Nevada. The settlement relates to all of Parlay's software licensing activities up to yesterday, and neither party admitted liability. Parlay stated in a press release that it was pleased to have negotiated a settlement with 1st Technology given the cost of patent litigation. Parlay Entertainment was the first company in the world to develop a commercial online bingo product. Their current online bingo software suite contains both 75 and 95 ball bingo games, and a full collection of lottery and casino games.
